Appreciate Yourself!

Do at least one thing to appreciate yourself this week! It can be something small or something big--you choose—take time for YOU. Ideas to spark your “me time”:

  • Watch a clip from your favorite comedian

  • Take a walk in your favorite place

  • Make yourself a cup of hot tea/coffee/cocoa and read

  • Do something creative…just for you! (Draw, write, make music, etc.)

  • Watch a show you’ve been wanting to see

  • Listen to new albums that have been released (I hear there are some good ones!)

  • Spend time with a friend

  • Make/Bake (or order) something delicious
