Appreciate Yourself!
Do at least one thing to appreciate yourself this week! It can be something small or something big--you choose—take time for YOU. Ideas to spark your “me time”:
Watch a clip from your favorite comedian
Take a walk in your favorite place
Make yourself a cup of hot tea/coffee/cocoa and read
Do something creative…just for you! (Draw, write, make music, etc.)
Watch a show you’ve been wanting to see
Listen to new albums that have been released (I hear there are some good ones!)
Spend time with a friend
Make/Bake (or order) something delicious
