Colorado’s 21st CCLC Feedback Survey The Colorado 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Grant Program at the Colorado Department of Education is gathering feedback  to help inform the upcoming 21st CCLC grant competition scheduled to launch in February 2023. Please take 10-15 minutes to provide your input to help to improve the 21st CCLC Grant Program in Colorado via online survey HERE! The survey will close on January 16, 2023. To learn more about Colorado’s 21st CCLC grant and provide informed feedback, all survey respondents are encouraged to review the most recent 21st CCLC grant application, the Colorado 21st CCLC Fact Sheet, and other information on Colorado's 21st CCLC website while completing the feedback survey.  Piton Fellowship Gary Community Ventures is helping Colorado’s next generation of changemakers ascend in leadership and make a positive impact on their communities through the Piton Fellowship. They are currently accepting applications for the  Mid-Career Cohort, a half year fellowship that helps predominantly leaders of color (who are at least 10 years into their careers) lean into their leadership journeys. DAAconnect Updates Are your 2023 programs updated on the Youth Program Locator? If you need to update any dates or add new programs, log in to  DAAconnect and visit the Program Schedule tab. Then after 24 hours, check your listing on the Youth Program Locator to make sure your programs are appearing correctly. We would love to hear from you with any suggestions about who might be a good fit to lead a session, as well as any ideas you may have on how we can fulfill the projected aim of the spring slate! Emotional Intelligence Corner: Welcome to 2023! A new year can often illicit feelings of hope and anticipation of what is to come. As we begin this new year, consider alternatives to making “resolutions” (as they are only successful for about 16% of people!)- try one of the ideas below to catapult you into 2023! Make a 2023 bucket list Create a monthly challenge Practice gratitude Write a daily success and put it in a jar to read throughout the year for inspiration Practice mindfulness Make realistic lists Use a vision board Have a word or mantra of the week/month/year   Set yourself up for success in 2023!
