Session Description:
What does an excited child look like? An upset child? We may see behavior from a child, and turn to assumptions or reactions before looking inward. When the children we serve express emotions, there’s probably more under the surface than we originally thought. This workshop navigates how strong emotions can present in different ways and uncovers how to support youth with their strong feelings.
