2022-2023 School Year Kickoff at City Park Pavilion!

The DAA Collective hosted its first big event, Come As You Are, in over 2 years on August 18th! Over 60 OST professionals representing nearly 20 youth-serving organizations came together at the beautiful City Park Pavilion to connect, network and learn together. Lana Hailemariam with StandUP delivered a powerful keynote focusing on connection and how the most powerful one is with YOURSELF. StandUP and Mirror Image Arts offered interactive learning sessions where participants had the opportunity to deepen their connections and participate in movement activities designed to build relationships and push their comfort zones. There was laughter, tears and an abundance of joy present in the space!

What a way to kick off the 2022-2023 school year! We look forward to seeing everyone at our professional learning workshops and our pop-up networking events this year! (Pssst…be sure to follow us on Instagram, check our website and future newsletters for more details!)
