Description: In this SEAL Method Workshop, participants will: Understand the characteristics of supported struggle and growth mindset, create encouraging language statements to support struggle and foster growth mindset, explore avoiding potential pitfalls of growth mindset by using an equity lens and create an implementation plan with strategies to help a youth in their program engage in supported struggle.
