Description: This workshop will focus on a structured approach to management, specifically of direct service staff, rooted in emotional intelligence, growth mindset & adaptive leadership frameworks. This workshop will focus on strategies to consistently engage your staff in formal, growth centered conversations. Structured management is a great way to ease your day to day stress level by providing you with a consistent approach to staff relationship building through formal, professionally centered conversations. The workshop will be a collaborative space to share best techniques of structured management and staff development.
